Globant acquires design firm WAE to expand London and NY operations
Digital firm Globant has acquired design company WAE, which is comprised of We are London Limited and We are Experience as it looks to expand its presence in both London and New York.
WAE, led by chief executive Chris Averill, was founded in 2003 and currently has a staff of 40 in both locations.

Martín Migoya, Globant chief and co-founder added that the acquisition will propel Globant's vision of "becoming the best partner to help clients engage in profound digital transformations".
SI Partners advised the shareholders of WAE on the cross-border deal,identifying Globant as a suitable acquirer and negotiating the terms of the deal.
