MTV’s first Snapchat series, Pants Off, debuts on Discover

This past Saturday, MTV debuted Pants Off, its first series developed specifically for Snapchat. The series debuted on the network’s Discover channel and the subsequent seven episodes will appear weekly. After taking over MTV’s Discover channel for the day, episodes will then be available to view on YouTube.


Pants Off is a sex and relationships show hosted by influencer and MTV ‘Braless’ host Laci Green. Trojan is a launch sponsor, and the MTV team created three 10-second ads (i.e. Snapchat ready) for them with the tagline “Use a condom every time. Responsible­_AF.”

Trojan must have been happy with the results of its recent partnership with MTV and Laci Green. The condom company last year was a sponsor of her ‘MTV Braless’ YouTube series and also activated around the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards.

MTV’s domestic Snapchat Discover channel launched earlier this year and features content created exclusively for the platform, including MTV News articles and video reports, exclusive interviews, and clips from MTV shows.
