S3 Advertising relocates to Cardiff’s One Central Square complex
Independent full service agency S3 Advertising is to relocate to Cardiff’s flagship new office development One Central Square.
The new premises are four times bigger than the company’s current base and will feature quirky, innovative and unique design characteristics which will set them apart from traditional offices. The proposed bespoke features will include eye catching and unusual communal areas, state of the art client facing zones, and a range of recreational facilities intended to stimulate creativity, encourage team building and reduce stress.
S3 has experienced rapid growth over the past five years, expanding from a three-person start-up to an industry leading enterprise which now employs 27 members of staff, including two recently appointed board directors. The company is one of Wales’ leading national advertising agencies working with clients including Mr Tom, the National Farmers’ Union, the WRU, Cardiff City Football Club and Brecon Carreg.

One Central Square has been developed by Rightacres Property Company and was recently purchased by Legal & General. Along with law firm Blake Morgan, the property has also been confirmed as the new headquarters of MotoNovo Finance and Julian Hodge Bank.
