BBDO wins ‘Best of Show’ at BMA’s Global Ace Awards
BBDO won ‘Best of Show’ for its work on GE’s ‘What’s the Matter with Owen?’ campaign at the 36th annual Global Ace Awards, which celebrates creative in the B2B space.
At the awards show in New York City, which was put on by the Business Marketing Association (BMA) in partnership with Forbes, The Drum, Siegel+Gale, IBM and The Wall Street Journal, winners were named in 45 categories. Judges of the awards included vice president and executive creative director at Stein IAS Michael Ruby, executive creative director EMEA at Siegel & Gale Clive Rohald and chief creative officer of Doremus San Francisco Joe McCormack.
Aside from winning ‘Best in Show,’ BBDO also won the ‘Integrated Marketing Campaign/$1 Million and Over’ category with its ‘What’s the Matter with Owen?’ and ‘Invention Donkey’ work for GE.
Gyro won the ‘Integrated Marketing Campaign/$250 Million-$1 Million’ category with its Time Inc. ‘Open the Experience’ campaign. Gyro took home a total of 32 awards, the most of any agency.
