Royal Mail picks Lida for CRM after procurement driven review
Royal Mail has picked Lida to handle its CRM business after a procurement driven review that has seen it part ways with Publicis-owned agency Chemistry.

The Drum has learned of the decision following a routine review that also saw Havas contest the account. While the decision stemmed from a focus on cost, it is understood that Lida will be with a marketer it has previously worked for.
Chemistry worked with Royal Mail on the high profile Mail Men campaign that runs across digital, print, outdoor and, direct mail, targeting media agencies and brands.
