Here is the latest installment of the marketing moments series The Drum is running to celebrate the 120th anniversary of the Ad Club New York.

Michael J. Fox was, for a short while, the most famous face on the planet - following success with Back to the Future, Teen Wolf and Family Ties in the mid-'80s.

Pepsi's decision to hire him as the face of their brand was inspired and this campaign, where he goes to great lengths to acquire his attractive new neighbor a drink, is still an advert that brings a smile to the viewer's face 30 years later.

This campaign played internationally and was one of the finest of the decade, further cementing his status as a teen icon at the time.

Last year, The Drum interviewed the director of the campaign to discuss his memories of the shoot and working with Fox.
