Publicis One, the new agency group for all markets outside Publicis Groupe’s top 20, has announced key global and regional leaders.

APAC chief executive officer will be Nicolas Menat, formerly president and representative director of Beacon in Tokyo. LATAM will be led by Starcom Mediavest Group’s Monica Gadsby, taking up the role of CEO for the region.

In EMEA, where Publicis One believes the market is more complicated, the leadership will be split further. Johan Parmentier has been appointed as regional chief executive officer for Benelux, Misa Lukic will do the same for Central Eastern Europe and Kevin Tromp for Africa.

Publicis Groupe announced the new client servicing agency restructure in December last year and the agency has been working on applying the changes since.

The aim of splitting out smaller markets was to allow them to "get the attention they rightfully deserve".

Maurice Lévy, chairman and chief exectutive Publicis Groupe, said: “Publicis One is a totally new approach to the market with end-to-end solutions. I am convinced that under the leadership of Jarek Ziebinski, Publicis One will deliver the very best to our clients, attract the best talents and offer great career opportunities to be the greatest agency in each market. I have great confidence in the team chosen by Jarek.”

At a global management level, Alice McCreath has been named as chief financial officer, Maree Prendergast as chief talent officer and Karen Lim will lead PR as communications director, with all reporting into Jarek Ziebinski, chief executive officer of Publicis One.
