Addison Lee hires Whistlejacket London to shape brand direction

Minicab firm Addison Lee has appointed Whistlejacket London as its brand and creative agency as it looks to “set the agenda” in an increasingly competitive sector.

The agency, which promises to help brands define their “purpose”, has been tasked with defining Addison Lee’s strategic direction and reaffirming its status both in Uber-dominated London and other key markets in the UK.

Whistlejacket will work to give the brand's touchpoints cohesion, both internally and externally.

Peter Boucher, chief commercial officer at Addison Lee explained: “Addison Lee has a proud history of fighting for and delivering better services and experiences for our clients, challenging convention and transforming expectations of the sector.

“As we continue to evolve we’re working hard to ensure that every aspect of our business reflects and delivers against our market leading reputation and that we continue to set the agenda in the sector.”

Meanwhile, Matty Tong, partner at Whistlejacket London, said it will ensure that “Addison Lee remains the most polished and professional service in its field.”
