Business on the move: Chanel, Daily Mail, Pizza Hut and more

The Daily Mail and The Mail on Sunday has chosen George & Dragon, which rebranded from Enter last year, to handle creative work for the publishing group. George & Dragon will work on all creative activity across TV and print channels.

Chanel has appointed Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe/Y&R as its first global advertising agency. RKCR/Y&R won the business after pitching against its sister agencies J Walter Thompson London and Ogilvy & Mather London.

Pizza Hut Restaurants has appointed marketing services and technology company Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) to provide print and artwork services for all its restaurants. The three-year contract also includes content creation and distribution for the restaurant chain’s digital screens and management of conferences and events. ITG will manage menu and POS printing, as well as providing website management of online menus that link to the company’s ordering app.

Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts has appointed a "fully integrated agency team" to be led by DigitasLBi as its agency of record. DigitasLBi will lead the relationship with support from advertising agency BBH and media agency ZenithOptimedia.

Haud, the telecoms security firm, has handed a global brief to Tangerine Communications to drive brand awareness and engage key influencers as the company aims for growth. The brand, which develops mobile network firewall solutions to help mobile operators overcome fraud and keep control over their networks, has hired Tangerine to boost its reputation within the technology and telecoms sector and position it at the forefront of mobile security.

The Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) has appointed Yoyo Design as its lead digital agency to help drive the charity’s digital strategy. Yoyo joins three other digital agencies (3-sided Cube, Nonsense and Positive) that were selected to help support the RNLI with briefs across mobile, innovation, games, wearable tech, email, search, microsites and strategy. Yoyo will focus on the main RNLI website, the overall digital strategy and some of the more high-profile digital campaigns.

Genoil Inc., the publicly traded clean technology engineering company for the petroleum industries, has appointed marine energy and environment consultancy Blue to support Genoil’s management team in effectively positioning the company within the shipping industry. Blue will also help the company to unlock the significant potential for its proprietary technology, the Hydroconversion Upgrader (GHU), which converts heavy crude oils and refinery bottoms into clean burning fuels.
