ODEON Cinemas has rolled out a mobile CRM campaign for its ‘Limitless’ membership scheme.
Designed by independent agency MBA, the campaign aims to drive customer engagement, increase acquisition and improve customer retention of the Limitless scheme, which allows customers to see as many films as they like each month.
All campaign communications have been designed to reflect the ‘limitless’ theme, employing a downward scrolling format to provide film-related content and recommendations.
