UK Top Shazamed Ads: Very and Major Lazer light up the chart

The Drum's Shazam chart is based on the number of times each ad has been Shazamed over the past week using the music identification app.

Very's 'Spring Fashion' spot has claimed the number one spot this week with the help of Major Lazer's 'Light It Up'.

Created by St Luke's the ad stars a troupe of stylish dancers doing their thing in front of a giant pink Very cube - which changes to reflect different seasons and occasions. The campaign was directed by Dori Ozkowitz, who choreographed the video for Justin Bieber's 'Sorry'.

Online retailer Pretty Little Thing also found its way into the chart this week thanks to 'Lovesick' by Mura Masa. The track provides the score to the brand's dreamy pastel-tinted 'Motel California' spot.

Citroën and Maom also entered at number seven and ten respectively this week.
