FT hires B2C marketing director Sacha Bunatyan to grow audience share
The Financial Times has named Sacha Bunatyan as its global B2C marketing director as it seeks to increase subscriptions through acquisitions, audience development, CRM, e-commerce and operations.
Reporting directly to B2C managing director Jon Slade Bunatyan brings with her a strong track record in marketing and digital media through roles at EMAP, AOL and latterly chief operations officer at Amnet, Dentsu Aegis’ group programmatic trading desk.
Slade B2C commented: “I am delighted to welcome Sacha to the FT’s senior management team. Her extensive knowledge of digital media, passion for innovation and experience of performance marketing and monetisation will prove invaluable for us as we seek to grow our global subscriber base”.
Bunatyan is credited with introducing behavioural targeting during her time with AOL together with the implementation of programmatic trading, data and technology solutions for Aegis.
