Poland’s Alivia Oncological Foundation has attempted to appeal to a younger generation with its ‘War on Cancer’ campaign.

Crowned Ad of the Week by The Drum readers, the spot, created by Saatchi & Saatchi/Interactive Solutions Poland, resembles a computer game with the environment resembling the inside of a real organism.

The film shows a brave and determined female fighter as she fights a monster – a metaphor for the evil cancer – running out of ammunition and needing money to purchase more.

The creative aims to highlight the financial help needed by Polish cancer sufferers to fund their treatment.
