Aldi has joined forces with Trinity Mirror Solutions content team Invention and the Telegraph's Spark for a six-month 'Grow Your Champion' push encouraging families to love a healthier lifestyle.
Part of Aldi's two-year sponsorship of Team GB and its association with the Rio Olympics 2016, the campaign is managed by UM and will run across Trinity Mirror's national and regional platforms from this weekend (20 February) until the end of the Olympics.
Trinity Mirror Solutions innovation director, Mark Field, said the partnership "demonstrates the increasingly progressive and collaborative approach being taken by media owners."
Melanie Danks, client director at Telegraph Media Group, added: "With many brands seeking to capitalise on events such as the Olympics, the most successful campaigns are those that introduce new ways of reaching consumers. 'Grow Your Champion' is one such innovative approach and will support Aldi in its mission to promote healthier family lifestyles."
The campaign will offer practical tips for healthy eating and inspiration from Team GB athletes.
