The Drum partners with IBM Interactive Experience to deliver Mobile World Congress insight

The Drum has partnered with IBM Interactive Experience to create a series of films during Mobile World Congress exploring how mobile is fundamentally changing the way businesses operate and how consumers engage with them.

Mobile World Congress is the most significant moment in the industry calendar and The Drum will be using the opportunity to explore the power of mobile to improve the lives of consumers and the fortunes of businesses.

The Drum MWC Insight Report in association with IBM Interactive Experience will be examining three themes over the course of MWC: Mobile Transformation; Reinventing Customer Experience through mobile; and Redefining Digital through mobile.

By interviewing thought leaders at brands, mobile operators, technology companies and more we’ll be discovering how mobile is increasingly at the centre of how brands engage with their customers.

Mobile World Congress in Barcelona each year is a pivotal point in the development of the mobile industry, featuring leaders from across the globe gathering to seek inspiration, strike deals and build partnerships.

Through focusing on the three key areas of mobile transformation, customer experience and redefining digital, The Drum and IBM aim to gain insight into how mobile is transforming business and society.

Each day, The Drum in partnership with IBM, will be talking to a range of industry leaders in different sectors to build up a cohesive picture of how the industry is tackling each area.

The video series will be a core content theme of The Drum’s overall editorial coverage of Mobile World Congress.
