Polyco unveils all-new consumer facing website

Personal protective equipment manufacturer Polyco has gone live with an all-new consumer-focussed website devised by Brass agency to promote its products within a mobile optimised environment.

The Leeds based integrated marketing agency built a bespoke product database to power the platform with a custom search functionality easing the purchase process for visitors. High quality photography and clean navigation design add to the visual appeal.

Jonathan Price, Brass agency digital solutions director, said: “The phenomenal effort during the planning stages, coupled with a brand new creative approach has really paid off. The result is a dynamic, customer-led website that delivers both on style and functionality.”

Mark Bernard, chief customer experience officer for Polyco, added: “We worked very hard to tailor the search function to our customers’ needs and make it easier and faster for them to find what they want. Usability is key – if your customers can’t use your site, they won’t return.”

Brass Agency will phase in a raft of further functionality improvements over the next 12 months.
