UK Partnership Panel announces quartet of new members

The UK Partnership Panel, a quarterly gathering of partnership marketing experts, has added four new members to its line-up.

The UK Partnership Panel has added four memebrs for 2016.

Scott Radcliffe, senior partnerships manager at Sport England, Fiona Thornton, partnerships director at Live Nation, Sharon Reid, senior content partnerships manager of O2 and Lindsey China, partnerships controller at Now TV have joined the Partnership Panel for 2016. Originated by performance marketing agency Mediator, the membership of the Panel includes senior executives from a range of sectors including TV, media, football and not-for-profit.

The purpose of the panel is to collaborate on the creation of content that can help those in the industry produce best-in-class partnerships. In 2015, the Panel greed a global definition for Partnership Marketing, created best practice guidelines and covered evaluation and measurement metrics for partnerships.

Fiona Thornton of Live Nation said: “I’m excited to be joining this panel, working with experts across various sectors to share knowledge and learnings on partnership marketing. Having worked in partnerships for a number of years in both media and the live music industry, partnerships continue to be a hugely relevant for brands and publishers – this panel provides a great platform to share best practice.”

Lindsey China of NOW TV said: “I am honoured to be asked to join the UK Partnerships Panel. I look forward to sharing my experience in partnerships which spans driving growth for Now TV (a tech start-up within Sky), from many years of marketing and sales promotions in the traditional national press.”

The Panel’s planned programme of work for 2016 includes commissioning an academic piece of research around Partnership Marketing, launching a Partnership Marketing conference in association with the IPM and holding various networking events.
