StubHub names Charles Davies as international marketing manager

StubHub, the eBay owned ticket marketplace, has named internet marketing veteran Charles Davies as international marketing director.

Moving from his previous position as global head of marketing for motor sports entertainment brand Formula E Davies will be tasked with overseeing the evolution of StubHub’s international marketing strategy , reporting directly to chief marketing officer Jennifer Betka.

Betka said: “I am pleased that Charles has joined StubHub at a key time for our expansion in international markets. As we bring the trusted StubHub experience to fans in new markets, Charles will be pivotal to how we evolve the StubHub brand globally.”

Davies added: “I can’t wait to help grow StubHub on an international scale. Putting the fan at the centre of everything it does, StubHub prides itself on transparency and customer service. I’m excited to have the opportunity to lead our marketing strategy as we move into new markets.”

Davies has over 16 years of brand, marketing and commercial experience including stints as European MD of online publisher Blurb and senior roles at Yahoo!
