Career finder website Monster.com has named KBS as its new agency of record following its split from BBDO last year.
The New York-based agency will be tasked with coming up with “integrated creative programs” that strengthen the brand on both the job seeker and employer side.
Mark Stoever, president and chief operating officer at Monster, said: “KBS’s experience delivering real business results and successfully navigating complex brand environments makes them an ideal fit for Monster as we strengthen and expand our platform for best connecting jobs and people.”
KBS has done work for brands including BMW and Nike Skateboarding.
Last year, Monster caused quite a stir on social media during the Super Bowl with a tweet that said ‘Congratulations Seattle!’ even though the New England Patriots had won. Users who actually bothered to click on the image in the tweet would find a cheeky message at the bottom that poked fun at social media manager fails (see below). The stunt was orchestrated by BBDO.
