The Edinburgh-based firm has been launched by former Hearts marketer Lawrence Broadie, and one of his first tasks will be to promote purpleTV's latest documentary, The Famous Five, about Hibernian's greatest forward line.

The new outfit, working across sport, community engagement and third sector clients, will provide integrated marketing and communications services for electrical, control and instrumentation business DPS Group.

And it will be the marketing and comms consultancy for Inner Buzz, the self-development company currently providing mindfulness and stress support at several Scottish Professional Football League clubs.

Broadie, previously of Merchant Soul and Progress Sponsorship & Communications, said: "With so many agencies focusing on being present outside Scotland, our offering is pretty unique.

"We love this country, and our commitment is to bring our innovation and our values to bear with a range of clients, delivering some exciting campaigns."

Broadie is launching Electrify in partnership with his wife Lucy, a strategic business planner, who will join the board to direct business operations.
