Zoopla has kicked off 2016 with a new comprehensive ad campaign marking its return to TV advertising after a year-long absence.

The 'Know What You’re Doing' campaign is Zoopla’s first with new partner Creature of London and will run across TV, OHH, radio, digital and social.

Adopting a humorous approach the ads feature an estate agent and a couple searching for a house. The ad has a character referred to as the ‘house whisperer’- a house-hunter who pretends to be ‘communicating’ with the home to find out key bits of information about it and the area however their source is none other than Zoopla.

Gareth Helm, chief marketing officer for Zoopla Property Group, said: “Since the pitch Creature have moved quickly and efficiently to fully understand our brand and its challenges and have developed a scalable campaign that helps us build on our previous campaigns and create a step change in our marketing direction.”

Ben Middleton, creative partner at Creature said: “Zoopla's one of the biggest players in a category that's growing insanely quickly - and we've got to make some gloriously out-there work to help them grow even faster. Properly chuffed."
