Lane4, the HR and professional development consultancy founded by Olympic gold medallist Adrian Moorhouse MBE, has unveiled its new website, created by Yoyo Design.

Lane4 founder Adrian Moorhouse.

Lane4 (named after Moorhouse’s pool position for his Olympic 100m breaststroke win in Seoul in 1988) works with blue chip clients to develop leaders and teams and provides support on the human aspects of organisational change and the development of talent. Clients include NFU Mutual and Sainsbury’s, Twinings and NHS Trusts.

Matthew Kaye, digital marketing manager, said: “Our previous website wasn’t meeting the high standards we expect of ourselves. We needed a site that was responsive for mobile devices, provided a world class user experience and made it easy to understand what we do and how we work with clients. We felt there was a real opportunity to be digital leaders in our industry by focusing on these key principles.

“We chose to work with Yoyo because of their track record of developing engaging sites that worked across multiple devices. Their ability to help us develop our strategic goals and understand our business was also a key factor in our selection process.”

Hannah Smith, account manager at Yoyo Design, said: “Lane4 required a site that provided not only an intuitive user experience but truly reflected and established their brand credibility. They were very clear about their goals and where they wanted to position themselves within the market. Through workshops and many lively debates and discussions between the agency and the client at each stage, we turned that vision into a reality. The site’s content is clearly signposted and illustrates how Lane4 products solve client business issues, reflecting the agency’s premium, diverse and personable brand at every touch point.”

Yoyo Design is based in Kent and works with clients including Marks & Spencer, the RNLI, Freesat and The Open University.
