Emirates Airline has appointed marketing agency Amaze as its global digital partner.
The London-based agency won a competitive tender process and will now work with the airline across its digital portfolio.
Its first undertaking will be to help deliver enterprise architecture consultancy and implementation services across the Emirates web platform.
Chief commercial officer at Amaze, Wendy Stonefield, said the agency was “delighted” to be working with Emirates and added “this appointment leverages our extensive experience of working with leading corporations on a global basis, helping to maximise omni-channel customer experience”.
Stonefield continued “this relationship marks the first of its scale for Amaze in the Middle East and the partnership will see us starting to grow an on the ground presence to service Emirates, as part of our wider international expansion plans”.

The remit will also cover dnata.com which is part of The Emirates Group.
