Luxury champagne brand Chandon has released a festive-themed bottle design in the run up to Christmas alongside a dedicated online platform to get consumers to share the drink with their 'bestie'.
The bottle, designed by ButterflyCannon, is wrapped in a shrink sleeve showcasing a series of festive messages to appeal to Chandon’s female millennial consumers. The messages are designed to reflect the spontaneous spirit of the brand and its 2015 festive communication platform, #BestieWishes.
The sleeve around the bottle is made from white satin while a hand written typeface has been created especially for the bottle and executed in metallic ink. Elsewhere on the bottle, Chandon's shooting star logo is woven into the layout of the messaging.
Jon Davies, creative director of ButterflyCannon, said: “We have worked closely with Chandon for a number of years now, and their festive gift-packs are always an enjoyable challenge. This year, the team have created a mischievous yet premium piece of design that communicates both the festive spirit of the holiday season and the ‘casual chic’ positioning of the brand in an instant.”
The bottle will be available throughout the holiday period.
