Photographer Sean Conway's recent journey into the heart of the British countryside is the subject of a new social video from outdoor clothing company Barbour.

The video, created and seeded by Cult LDN for Barbour’s ‘Heritage of Adventure’ campaign, follows Conway as he spent the day in the Lake District looking for the perfect shot. His adventure takes him from a windy mountainside to a calming walk by the water, just in time for the sun set.

Cult LDN is Barbour's retained social agency. Heritage of Adventure celebrates the launch of the clothing brand's AW15 collection and is part of the wider Barbour social strategy.

Cat Turner, co-founder and chief executive officer of Cult LDN, said: “The Heritage of Adventure is a celebration of Barbour's AW15 Great Collection for men and Arctic Expedition collection for women and takes inspiration directly from the Barbour archive. With the Great Coat itself being originally used for Arctic expeditions, worn by adventurers to protect themselves in the harshest conditions, we decided to revisit this sense of adventure and capture some content of the amazing scenery on offer in the UK.”

As part of the campaign, Barbour is also encouraging the public to share their photos and video clips of the great outdoors on Twitter and Instagram, tagging @Barbour and #HeritageOfAdventure for the chance to win £500 to spend on the Great Coat and Arctic Expedition collection.

Founded in 2012, Cult LDN celebrates the third anniversary of its launch next week.
