One Minute Briefs joins forces with Do It Day to promote #treesfortrees
Creative community One Minute Briefs has joined forces with The Drum on Do It Day to help amplify Dennis Publishing's #treesfortrees challenge.
The ambitious task, which aims to plant 10,000 trees in a day in the Heart of England Forest, calls on people to draw a tree in exchange for a real one.
Speaking to The Drum at Plan It Day - the precursor to today's event - Dennis Publishing chief executive, James Tye, called the idea "beautifully simple".
Since posting the inital tweet at 10am One Minute Briefs has been inundated with people willing to help.

In the forest Jon Snow of Channel 4 News has been getting stuck in too, not only drawing a tree but planting one too.
