LG positions its range of OLED TV on the premise that “black makes all colours standout” and a new ad has sought to convey this with an ad that shows a number of ‘men in black’ form a wall behind an element to make it stand out from its surrounding.

As the film continues, an increasing amount of objects are singled out as they are featured by men in black suits.

“It's not a question of where these men come from. It's about how these unexpected moments ignite your imagination and demonstrate the value of deep blacks, making colour pop,” says LG.

The ad forms part of a new £10m ad campaign to promote its range of OLED TVs in the run-up to Christmas.
