During Fennell’s time at Diageo he was president of Smirnoff, global chief marketing officer and, latterly, president Diageo Africa.

Ben White, chief executive and founder of Bloom, said of the appointment: “We are delighted that Andy is joining Bloom to help us with the next phase in our growth; Andy is one of the most respected marketers around and has a wealth of experience he can bring to bear in our continued quest to ensure design has a role at the very heart of business.'

Andy Fennell said: "I’m really excited to be joining Bloom, a business that I have admired for many years. Getting design right has always been important but these days it is critical for brands that want to grow. Bloom is already a great business but it has masses of potential to go further in supporting clients.”

Bloom client’s include Unilever, Britvic, Danone, PepsiCo, De Longhi and Diageo.
