RT is at MIPCOM this year celebrating ten years on air. The Russian-headquartered global news organization (that was tarted in partnership with the government) whose operations now include the US and UK has made big investments in social TV in the past year. Their YouTube channels alone have over 2 billion views. Found Remote caught up with Ivor Crotty, RT’s Head of Social Media to discuss how important new platforms have become to the organization. Crotty discusses the importance of Facebook and dealing with different social networks in different parts of the world. See the full interview above.
