ZenithOptimedia absorbs FirstClick into Performics Worldwide

ZenithOptimedia has snapped up marketing agency FirstClick to give its Performics network a foothold in Australia.

The global performance marketing agency will rebrand FirstClick as Performics Australia. The firm will retain its current management team with chief exectuvie Grace Chu also joining the Performics global executive leadership team.

Underpinning the importance of growing its Performics network, ZenithOptimedia will enhance its credentials in the performance media sector, in particular paid search, programmatic display and paid social and other ‘biddable’ channels.

Grace Chu, chief executive of FirstClick, said: “We are very excited about becoming part of Performics Worldwide and the ZenithOptimedia Group. FirstClick was founded in Sydney in 2005.
