With nine years' experience creating digital solutions for clients including PwC, KPMG and Disney Australia, Salter has been enlisted to grow the overseas agency and to continue building an Australian presence for the INK brand.

He said: "After meeting with the agency's owners, Helen and Tony, I was excited about their enthusiasm and INK's achievements. Hearing how the business had started and the future direction was very inspirational. To be able to offer my knowledge and also learn from accomplished creatives felt like a great opportunity. INK's values captured my attention and from the testimonials I was sold!"
