With parliament set to return today following the summer recess, the UK news cycle will soon be in full swing again – signaling the end of Silly Season for another year.

The Drum's series has seen Mc&T's Paul McEntee bring the most frivolous news stories of the period to life, from Cecil the Lion to One Direction's hiatus. Now, to round off the season, he delves into the coverage surrounding Kanye West's VMA speech, and creates a 3D version of the presidential hopeful's future abode with the help of MakersCafe in Shoreditch.

West's announcement took the internet by storm, generating 250,000 tweets within the first minute of the news breaking, as well as courting responses from the White House and would-be rival Donald Trump.
