This accomplished ad for Android highlights the work of London's Swim Dem Crew in encouraging would-be swimmers to take the plunge. To the rousing sound of Rag 'n' Bone Man's "Wolves", one man's journey from injured runner to dauntless swimmer is told in engaging fashion as the Android operating system is neatly shown playing a key role in recording and promoting his newfound passion.

Android's animated ads have previously delivered the OS's "be together, not the same" message in charming fashion, but this real world treatment lends the sentiment extra weight. Through punchy editing and an astute choice of music, there's a real sense of dynamism to this film.

The project at the heart of the ad is also a fitting selection. Each swimmer has a different reason for joining - rehabilitation, a new pastime, or to push themselves to the next level - yet they're all united by the same enthusiasm.
