Creative Kitchen launches ‘Made Here: This is Liverpool’ events
Liverpool-based digital and creative events organiser Creative Kitchen has released details of its next series of knowledge sharing events, ‘Made Here: This is Liverpool’.
Each event will feature three keynote speakers from Liverpool’s growing digital and tech community, with each speaker given 20-minutes to share stories of their successes and struggles to date.
The first event will be held at the recently opened Launch 22 co-working space on Thursday September 17th at 5.30pm featuring speakers from PH Creative, Mocha and Well Made Studio. Speakers from agencies including Uniform, Apposing, So Mo Co and Studio Mashbo are already confirmed for the future Made Here: This is Liverpool events on October 15th and November 19th.
Creative Kitchen curator and Studio Mashbo co-founder Gavin Sherratt said: “Liverpool is now positioning itself as a centre for excellence for digital and creative work, which has been highlighted by TechCityUK and Forbes. With our Made Here: This is Liverpool events we want to start some collective trumpet blowing; making some noise about the quality of the work that is being produced in the city. There are some amazing brands and organisations here.
“Liverpool's digital and tech sector is now nurturing collaboration, supported by numerous events, such as our Creative Kitchen events and the BIMA dinners and the breakfast briefings which Mando has bought to the city.”
Creative Kitchen also organises bi-monthly Developer Breakfast events, regularly bringing the region's developer community together for informal networking sessions.
