The brand hopes to once again impress with a new campaign showcasing the picture quality of its 4K Ultra HD TVs.

Sony has basked in a number of accolades for previous adverts in the series, including the first spot ‘Balls’ which saw it create a unique spot with millions of bouncy balls making their way down a San Francisco street.

Since then, it has covered a tower block in paint and frozen ice bubbles to ‘celebrate every detail’ of its Bravia TVs.

For ‘Fireworks’, the latest instalment, it used drones to fly near bespoke hand crafted fireworks and capture the close-up footage.

The ad was made by Californian-based director Ben Tricklebank with production company Soup and ad agency DDB Germany. Like previous spots, no special effects were used.

The soundtrack is by Sony Music artist Kygo ft. Conrad Sewell with a remixed version of Firestone.

The campaign launches on TV in the UK on 1 October, running until 22 November, before rolling out across digital media, outdoor, cinema, VOD and print until the end of December.
