Short Rationale: The challenge was to a create package that looks farm fresh for Captain Lawrence Brewing Company’s new line of Sour Ales aged with oak and fermented with locally grown fruits. We aimed for a hip, handcrafted look by using vibrant, custom watercolor illustrations for each fruit. We went with a luxurious, classic linen paper from Neenah to capture a high-end, handmade feel that accentuates the green, 750ml split bottle sporting old world cork and cage.
