A UK police force has continued the tradition of posting drug hauls on social media and inviting those who lost them to pop into the station.

After finding a number of uprooted cannabis plants in Moses gate country park, the Bolton South division of Greater Manchester Police shared the image on Facebook, inviting the "forgetful horticulturist" who "mislaid" them to pop into the local station.

It read: "Are you a forgetful horticulturist? Have you mislaid 37 cannabis plants in ? if so please call into Bolton police station where we can discuss."
