Unilever’s Wall’s gives comedian Mark Watson control of giant Westfield screen
Unilever’s ice-cream brand Wall’s has (perhaps unwisely) given comedian Mark Watson control over the giant screen at the Westfield shopping centre in east London.

The stunt was revealed on Twitter with a post from Watson and is part of the brand’s “Goodbye Serious” positioning. Wall’s introduced the strapline last summer in an attempt to make the brand more relevant in peoples’ lives. It marked the first time in nearly a decade Wall’s had been handed any substantial marketing support and the latest stunt aims to build on that momentum.
