The pair's departure comes after the appointment of Droga5's Nik Studzinski who took up the role of chief creative officer in May.
Walker and De Souza, who joined Karmarama in 2010, follow in the footsteps of fellow group executive creative director, Caitlin Ryan, who announced in June that she would be leaving the company.
While at Karmarama Walker and De Souza worked on accounts including Costa, Clydesdale Bank and Virgin Active. They won plaudits for their ‘God Only Knows’ film featuring One Direction which they made to launch BBC Music.
Walker said that they were “extremely proud” of their time at Karmarama over the past five years which he summed up as “some of our best work".
Chief executive officer at Karmarama, Ben Bilboul, said the two were “hugely talented and fantastically hard working” and thanked them for their “exceptional work.”
