Grayling recruits Victor Benady and Jan Mikulin to creative & marketing roles

Integrated communications agency Grayling has announced two senior promotions with Victor Benady taking on the role of global creative director and Jan Mikulin named global head of digital marketing.

Benady, who previously held the position of global head of digital, will lead new business pitches and client programmes for Grayling.

His colleague Milkin meanwhile, previously global digital planning director, will support the delivery of incremental digital marketing services in the digital and social media realms.

Victor Benady commented: “After four years at Grayling it’s an honour to take-on this new position. I aim to bring creative excellence to all aspects of our business at a time when our clients are looking to us like never before to be constantly inventive, walking a tight rope between risk and opportunity.”
