Smartest in Media competition: Find out who's top of the class this week

The Drum reveals the leaderboard from week one of Metal_Floss' Smartest in Media competition.

Earlier this week, Dennis Publishing-owned trivia website Mental_Floss launched a search to find the most intelligent person working in the UK media agency sector.

In order to take part in The Smartest in Media competition, individuals must answer a series of brain teasers via an online quiz. Mental_Floss is also touring the UK media scene to bring the challenge directly to agencies.

The results for week one are in, and Manning Gottlieb OMD's ‎senior digital activation executive Noel Jennings came top of the class, closely followed by Abigal Dempsey, trading executive at ZenithOptimedia.

Agency-wise MGOMD secured first place on the scoreboard, while Havas and Carat came in number two and three respectively.

There are plenty of prizes for the smartest thinkers, and The Drum will be posting the results each week.

The winner will be revealed at the Experimental Cocktail Club in London on 3 September.
