Victoria Plumb launches new brand identity as it expands into bedrooms

Online bathroom retailer Victoria Plumb has launched a new brand image and identity as it expands into selling bedroom furniture.

Now named, the company has redeveloped all consumer and trade facing communications to emphasise its key benefits including quality design at good value through an online only approach. The changes come after extensive customer research into how people shop for products for their home.

The revamped is backed by a new site that promises to provide a faster and easier shopping experience for customers on smartphones, tablets and desktop computers. It also allows the retailer to showcase design inspiration and provide advice to consumers. Users can also benefit from recommendations from the site, which matches products according to taste, requirements and bathroom size.

These changes to our brand and website have been made to help enhance the customer’s journey and to give them the confidence in the choices they are making, both in terms of products and in us".

A campaign, created by Alpha Century, to introduce the new brand identity launches tonight during the first episode of the new season of Grand Designs on Channel 4 at 8:30pm.
