BuzzFeed, Facebook, AOL, Microsoft, Google and Yahoo among IAB Upfronts participants

BuzzFeed, Facebook, AOL, Microsoft, Google and Yahoo are some of the companies who will participate in the second UK Digital Upfronts being led by the Internet Advertising Bureau (IAB).

Once again being held in October, the week long programme of events will allow some of the biggest names in technology and advertising to highlight their premium offerings to advertisers, with Millennial Media, the Guardian, Global and Digitas LBi also confirmed for this year's list of companies.

For the first time, the IAB will also work with an exclusive media partner; The Drum, which will aim to deliver news and insight from each session.

IAB UK’s chief executive,Guy Phillipson said: “Off the back of the success of IAB UK Digital Upfronts 2014 we’re extremely pleased to be able to run this initiative for a second year. It’s fantastic to see so many leading media owners, content creators and tech companies so eager to be involved for a second year, with more new partners also reaching out to take part. For anyone wanting to learn more about the full brand potential that digital has to offer, IAB UK Digital Upfronts week is not to be missed!.”

Upfronts will take place across various London venues between 16 - 23 October with more details being made available through the IAB Upfronts website.
