Apple has released a new generation of iPhone ads dead set on reminding you why you must have one of the Californian firm’s smartphones.

Shifting away from the colourful, visually upbeat slots which helped secure it as one of the world’s biggest tech companies, Apple now discusses discuses why its ‘hardware & software’ helps make iPhones great.

The slot, which preaches the benefits of developing both the hardware and software for mobile, closes on the proposition "If it's not an iPhone, it's not an iPhone”.

Another ad, entitled ‘Loved’, boldly asserts that “99 per cent of people who have an iPhone, love their iPhone”.
