Ex-Sony Online Entertainment CEO is ‘coming for’ convicted ‘Little Dirtbag’ Lizard Squad hacker
The former head of Sony Online Entertainment launched a Twitter rant against Lizard Squad hacker Julius “zeekill” Kivimaki who has been convicted of 50,700 charges related to computer crimes.
John Smedley, who is now chief executive of Daybreak Game Company, issued a threat to the seventeen year old, alleging that it he phoned in a fake bomb threat which resulted in the grounding of a plane containing the executive.
Venting on Twitter, Smedley said the self-described “untouchable hacker God” has a long list of criminal charges yet to face him, adding that his parents could be hit with a civil action as a result of the minor’s behaviour.
Interesting day for the good guys - http://t.co/J44lKLI0Tm

that was the piece of garbage that brought my plane down, leaked my information and did all kinds of other crap to me.

It's important to note - he was convicted of crimes that had nothing to do YET with the PSN DDOS over Christmas (yes he was part of that)

The FBI nailed this guy literally immediately. It took the Finnish government a long time to catch up.

I got to talk to this dirtbag once when he called and pretended to be someone else.
— John Smedley (@j_smedley) July 8, 2015
I also got to listen to the entire conversation between him and American Airlines the day he called in the bomb threat.

His parents need to be held accountable for his actions in addition to his going to jail. @what_security - So I'm coming for you Julius.

Kivimaki, whose charges included data breaches, payment fraud, online harassments and more was identified as a member of the Lizard Squad hacking collective.
Linked with the group, which was behind high-profile denial of service attacks on Xbox and Sony Playstation's online gaming networks between Boxing Day and the break of 2015, the teen was proven to have carried out tens of thousands of online crimes.
Needless to say, Smedley’s allegations against the teen remain unproven.
