Sprint hires Kevin Crull as chief marketing officer

Kevin Crull, who previously served as president and CEO of Bell Media, has been named chief marketing officer (CMO) at Sprint.

In this role, he will be tasked with attracting new customers and advancing the company’s push for more innovation. He will also be responsible for all digital and social efforts.

CEO of Sprint Marcelo Claure said of the appointment: “Sprint is privileged to attract someone of his caliber and experience in media, content, and wireless. As the industry shifts towards providing unique experiences and content to wireless customers, Kevin’s exceptional experience will allow him to be a great contributor in Sprint’s transformation journey.”

Crull most recently served as president of Bell Media, a Canadian media and broadcasting company.

Before his time at Bell, he led consumer and small-business sales and marketing at AT&T.

He begins his new role on 31 May.
