Jack Daniel’s partners with UK music festivals to take Jack Rocks on the road
Jack Daniel’s has teamed up with some of the UK’s most famous music festivals including the Isle of Wight Festival, Kendal Calling and The Great Escape to host a series of stages and experiential areas as part of its ongoing music initiative Jack Rocks.
The season kicks off with The Great Escape in Brighton this week (May 14-16) where Jack Daniel’s will be taking residency on both floors of the Patterns venue to host a full programme of emerging talent.
Partnering with rock ‘n’ roll clubnight, The Feeling, Jack Daniel’s will host and curate the Jack Rocks stage at the Isle of Wight Festival from 11 June. At Kendal Calling Jack Daniel’s will be helping the festival celebrate its 10th year hosting the Jack Rocks Woodland Stage and at Boardmasters in August the whisky brand will be hosting the festivals pre-party The Beach Sessions.
Suffolk’s Red Rooster festival, run by the team behind Secret Garden Party, will see Jack Daniel’s take over the Little Red Rooster stage with Jack Daniel’s products being incorporated into the festival’s food stalls. Additionally Jack Daniel’s is partnering with two other meat and whisky festivals – Grillstock and Meatopia.
Closing its festival season is Jack Rocks Hackney Wonderland on 10 October where, as headline partner, Jack Daniel’s will have a presence in all four East London venues.
“Our festival season is jam-packed this year, with a great mix of smaller, more boutique festivals, alongside some of the world’s largest and most famous. To have a presence at each of these, whether it’s a specially curated stage, or being the official whiskey partner, is going to be a lot of fun and we’re proud to be involved with each one,” said Jack Daniel’s senior brand manager, Michael Boaler.
“It’s always been important for Jack to have a hand in supporting great new music, as well as more established artists, and this is exactly what we’re set to do this summer to continue Jack’s long standing association with places where great music moments happen.”
Jack Daniel’s will be promoting all of the festivals on its social media channels as well as giving away tickets to each event.
