Ad of the Day: Samsung and Marvel assemble for Galaxy S6 and Avengers ad

Samsung and Marvel have united up to promote the new Galaxy S6 and the cinema release of Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron by creating the ‘We are greater than I’ campaign.

The campaign centres on a video (see above) that sees the brand's sports ambassadors including Barcelona's Lionel Messi and pro surfer John Florence recruited for a "secret initiative". Things go up a notch once the stars start training to be members of the Avengers team - Ironman, Hulk, Captain America, Thor, Black Widow and Hawkeye - using the brand's technology. For example, Messi dons the brand's Gear VR headset for the S6 and sees the world through the Iron Man armour.

The ad ends with a call to action inviting consumers test Samsung’s technology and download ‘The Avengers Experience’ app.
