StartJG, the brand design and retail communications company, has restructured its senior management team with Kevin Gill stepping up as UK chief executive following the appointment of Patrick Baglee as its new executive creative director and Graham Cox as business director.

The move will see Gill focus on the development of the group's agencies; Start, Hometown, Breed and Connected Retail in order to maximise its client work and identify strategic growth opportunities for the 20-year-old business.

Baglee, the former director of creative strategy at NavyBlue and executive creative director of both EHS Brann, has returned after a period of three-years working in New York, to be based within the company's London offices in order to work alongside chief creative officer, Darren Whittingham to develop its brand experience offer.

"The success of StartJG is driven by a belief that great design differentiates organisations, creates value and engages with consumers at the most fundamental level. This sets a really clear position for the thinking, the work and the results they generate. With many significant projects to tackle in the months ahead, it’s an exciting time for us," he added.

Meanwhile, Cox will support Gill in the role of business director in focuing on future development opportunities, as well as Joanna Jenkins as client development director.
