The Community nabs three former Ogilvy creatives as it continues to grow

Multicultural agency the Community has added three new creative hires to its team as it continues its expansion efforts.

Tomás Duhalde and Guilherme Nóbrega are both joining as senior art directors. Duhalde previously served as an art director at Ogilvy & Mather Buenos Aires where he worked with brands including P&G and Playboy.

Nóbrega most recently served as an art director at Ogilvy & Mather London. He has also held roles at Wieden + Kennedy London, DM9DDB and AlmapBBDO.

Throughout his career, he has developed work for brands including Coca-Cola, Apple, and Burger King.

Frederico Nicolás Díaz joins as a senior copywriter from Ogilvy & Mather Buenos Aires.

The trio will report to co-founder and chief creative officer Joaquín Mollá. They will work on a number of the agency’s Miami-based clients including Corona and Modelo.

The three share 17 Cannes Lions awards between them.

The Community is headquartered in Miami with an office in Buenos Aires. It has created work for companies including Google, Time Warner Cable, and Converse.

Recently, the agency announced that it has been named digital agency of record for Beam Suntory’s tequila portfolio, which includes Sauza, Hornitos, and Sauza 901.
